Children's Yoga: Classes provided at Daycare, Learning Centers and Schools. Each yoga class promotes strength, flexibility, balance, focus, relaxation and overall health wellness. The benefits of yoga helps children with ADD/ADHD, Autism/ PDD, Asthma, Sensory Dysfunction, Learning disabilities, and Self-esteem.

Chair Yoga / Stretch Class is ideal for those who are recovering from an injury, have weight-bearing challenges, or those who want a more gentle form of Yoga in a supportive chair. Helps with back prob-lems, breath awareness, strength and length muscles.
Gentle Yoga is a great place for those who just want to take it slower. Classes focus on releasing tension, connecting with the breath and working with the joints. Gentle yoga brings balance to a hectic schedule, and classes are appropriate for students with limitations.
Hatha Yoga uses postures with conscious breath in combination with mental focus to develop awareness, strength, flexibility and relaxation.
Kundalini Yoga awakens awareness. It uses specific sets of yogic postures and movements with meditative focus of breath work, and chanting with mantra. Kundalini yoga is helpful to release tension, stress and those who suffer with PTSD, Panic attacks and is known to help patients with Alzheimer.
Meditation Awareness emphasizing different tech-niques to deepen your practice.
Parent and Child: A fun and loving interaction with parent and child . Class length 45 minutes. Ideal age: 8 weeks – 2 years old. Please bring a blanket.
Prenatal Yoga uses postures from Hatha and Kundalini yoga, breathing techniques to ease labor pains, meditation techniques to sooth the pregnancy and delivery. The classes create flexibility, mental clarity, strength and awareness through a gentle practice that is designed especially for the pregnant woman's needs. The classes are appropriate for both new and experienced yoga students.
